Every Man Is An Island

I stand by that. But clearly some men are island chains. Underneath, they are connected...

What exactly does business casual attire mean? Stupid Carlson.

So I run this men's doubles league at my work, which I am currently at. This year I arranged teams by last name alphabetically by the person with the name that came earliest. I was thinking that next year I would assign each letter a-z to a number 1-26 and take the average of the first letter of the last names of the team. But then that is unfair to the rest of the letters in the last name. Those should be taken into account also. But then again, is the second letter really as important as the first? So I figure I could still use the 1-26 number system and then weight each one on a scale from 1-0 decreasing by 10% for each next letter. Maybe I should get back to work, but then again I strung 5 racquets tonight. I deserve a break.

And on I go to http://www.espn.com. Let's hope the Twins pulled out the homefield.
